User Agreement for Tour Bookings on www.travelshowtime.com

This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing yourpurchase of tours from Travelshow LLC ("we", "us", "our") via our websitewww.travelshowtime.com ("Website"). By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound bythe terms of this Agreement.

Supplier Notice: Travelshow Travel Agency is the designated supplier of tours in Turkey. Alltours offered through our Website are provided in collaboration with Travelshow Travel Agency.

 

1. Definitions

• Tour: A scheduled travel service offered through our Website. Tours may include dailytours, shore excursions, multi-day tours, and package tours.
• Package Tour: Any tour that has a duration longer than two (2) days.
• Booking: The reservation or purchase of a tour via our Website.
• Cancellation: The act of terminating your booking in accordance with the provisionsoutlined below.
• Refund: The return of money paid for a tour as specified under the Cancellation Policy.
 

2. General Booking Conditions

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Travelshow LLC andTravelshow Travel Agency.
• By completing a booking, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed tothis Agreement and our policies as published on our Website.
 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

A. Daily Tours, Shore Excursions, and 2-Day Tours

• Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your booking without penalty up to 48 hoursbefore the scheduled start of the tour.
• Refund: If cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the tour’s commencement, youwill receive a full refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time will not be eligible for any refund.

B. Tours Longer Than 2 Days (Package Tours)

• Cancellation Deadline for Full Refund: You may cancel your booking without penaltyup to 20 days before the scheduled start of the tour.
• Refund:
o If cancellation is made at least 20 days in advance, you will receive a full refundof the tour price (excluding any non-refundable components as specifiedbelow).
o If cancellation is made after this 20-day period, you will be eligible for a refundof 50% of the tour price.

C. Special Conditions for Specific Services

• Flight Tickets: If your tour booking includes flights, the cost of the flight tickets is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Hot Air Balloon Services:
o Hot air balloon rides are non-refundable if booked as part of your tour.
o An exception applies only if the hot air balloon service is canceled due toweather conditions, and you do not receive the service as a result. In suchcases, you may be eligible for a refund for the hot air balloon portion only.
 

4. How to Cancel Your Booking

• To cancel a booking, please contact our Customer Service team via [ContactEmail/Phone] or through the cancellation process on our Website.
• You must provide your booking details and a written request for cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method used at the time of booking and may take up to [insert timeframe, e.g., 10 business days] to appear in your account.
 

5. Amendments to the Agreement

Travelshow LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time withoutprior notice. Any changes will be posted on our Website and will become effective uponposting. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

• Travelshow LLC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resultingfrom cancellations, delays, or changes made by third-party service providers, including airlines or hot air balloon operators.
• Our liability is limited to the refund of the tour price as specified in this Agreement, andwe will not be held liable for any additional costs or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of thejurisdiction in which Travelshow LLC operates.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution procedures as outlined on our Website.

By completing a booking with Travelshow LLC on www.travelshowtime.com, youacknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement, including the role of Travelshow Travel Agency as the supplier of tours in Turkey. Please retain a copy of this Agreement for your records.
